The AAA Standard
Arrive · Arrange · Admire
The AAA Standard is our three-part promise for every home — and you'll see its mark when we arrive: plates AAA004. It's how Hour & Home turns a busy house into a calm, organised one.
Founder
Lana — Founder & Head Home Organisation Specialist
I founded Hour & Home because I believe every home should feel calm and easy to live in. I personally meet every client, listen to what matters to them and look after their home with care — every room organised, every system easy to live with. Nothing leaves our hands until it would pass my own walkthrough.
A — Arrive
We arrive at your door — plates AAA004 — ready to begin. Together we walk through your home, looking at how each space is used, what isn't working and what you want your home to feel like. No guesswork, no checklist written before we arrive.
A — Arrange
Organisation comes first. We declutter and set up simple, lasting systems — pantries, wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom cabinets — so everything has a place and stays easy to keep in order.
A — Admire
Then we deep clean. Every surface is cleaned and finished with care — leaving your home calm, tidy and easy to keep. The moment you step back and admire it is the moment our work is done.
